India: Jalna’s rebar mills reduce offer by up to INR 4,500/t

Jalna-based rebars mills have decreased their offers by INR 4,000-4,500/t. Current rebar offers for 10-25 mm stands at INR 49,000-49,500/t exw. As per sources, prices dropped owing to higher inventories in mills and the need to maintain price parity with competitive markets like Raipur in the central region. Around 25,000 t deals reported by some mills till the time of publishing this news.
