Indian Pellet prices shown some strength on improved demand and rising Sponge Iron prices. Some Pellet manufacturers raise offers marginally and some preferred to keep their sales closed. Buying interest remains low over increased prices as buyers prefer to wait till market gets a direction.
Fe 63% Pellets last traded in Barbil (Odisha) at INR 5,200/MT* and Jajpur (Odisha) at INR 4,800/MT*.
Raipur (Chhattisgarh) based manufacturers offering Fe 63% Pellets at INR 6,500-6,600/MT (Ex- Works), up by INR 200-300/MT from previous trades.
West Bengal based manufacturers also raise prices by INR 200-300/MT, with current offers hovering at INR 5,900-6,000/MT (Ex- Works).
