AM/NS India had scheduled an auction for the sale of 104,000 t of iron ore lumps from its Thakurani mines, Odisha on 22 Nov’22. The auction was rescheduled yesterday from 4-6 PM due to MSTC website issue. According to sources, the auction failed to attract buyers and only 8000 t (5-18mm, Fe57.5-58.5%) were sold at the base price of INR 3,300/wmt. Prices include royalty, DMF, and NMET.
