China’s heavy plate (SS400) export offers rebounded w-o-w by $5/t to $580/t CFR for Jan’23 shipments. The downward trend in export offers has been stopped with the anticipation of improvement in domestic demand. However, there has been not much improvement in demand, as per the heavy plate market officials.
