Tata Steel subsidiary, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd (NINL), conducted an auction for around 3,000 t of iron scrap on 21 Nov’22. As per the latest update, 3,000 t of unprocessed steel & tundish jam (iron scrap) received bid at 30,500/t exw. The company has an integrated steel plant having 1.1 mnt capacity and a captive iron ore mine in Odisha’s Jajpur district.
