- World aluminium production stood at 5.850 mnt in Oct’22, up marginally by 3.19% from 5.669 mnt in Sept, as per data from the International Aluminium Institute (IAI).
- China was the largest producer at 3.475 mnt, contributing to around 59% of world aluminium output in Oct.
- Global aluminium production stood at 56.91 mnt in Jan-Oct’22.
