Brahmani River Pellets Ltd (BRPL) conducted an auction for the sale of 50,000 t of iron ore tailings (Fe52-53%) from Odisha’s Bhubaneswar on 18 Nov’22. According to sources, the auction failed to attract buyers and closed without bid. The floor price for the auction inclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMET charges was established at INR 25/WMT ex-mines/loaded into truck.
