India: Sarda Energy and Minerals reports best ever pellet production in H1FY23

Sarda Energy and Minerals Limited, one of the leading integrated steel producers, recorded the highest ever pellet production at 0.4 mnt in H1FY23, up 4% y-o-y from 0.38 mnt in H1FY22.
Meanwhile, sales inched down by 3% to 0.27 mnt in H1FY23 as against 0.27 mnt in the same period last year.
In FY21, the company increased its pellet production capacity by 33% to 0.8 mnt.
