Capacity utilisation at JSW Steel’s Indian plant operations improved to 93% in Oct’22 as against 89% a month ago. In Oct’21, it was 95%, however capacities were added in the due course. The company’s crude steel output increased by 25% y-o-y to 1.776 mnt, as per the company press release. Production volumes of flat-rolled products rose by a steep 30% y-o-y while those of long-rolled increased by 11% y-o-y.
