India: Jharkhand mills conclude around 6,000 t billets, sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills concluded 1,800 t of billets deals in a price range of INR 44,700-44,900/t exw Ramgarh.
2,550 t of P-DRI and 1,600 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 28,800-29,100/t and INR 31,600-31,800/t exw Ramgarh, respectively.
Market sentiments seemed supported as active demand noticed from northern regions which slightly pushed regional semis movement.
