India: Balco hikes aluminium ingots prices by INR 3,250/t ($40/t) d-o-d

Balco has increased aluminium ingots (P1020 grade 99.7%) prices by INR 3,250/t ($40/t) d-o-d on 9 Nov’22. Effective prices stand at INR 224,500/t ($2,759/t). Meanwhile, Hindalco’s prices remained unchanged at INR 216,500/t ($2,661/t).
Balco’s price hike was in line with a 1.5% d-o-d rise in three-month contract prices on LME.
