Indian HRC (SAE1006, boron added) export offers were heard to have fallen by $40-50/t this week for the Middle Eastern market. A few private mills were heard quoting offers at around $560-580/t CFR UAE. Chinese HRC offers were at around $550/t CFR. “Witnessing the continual decline in prices, buyers’ price ideas have moved down further to sub-$540/t CFR levels,” a source highlighted.
