HR strip (patra) prices fell by INR 400 ($5/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh while prices edged down by INR 300 ($4/t) in Raipur today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 48,700/t ($595/t) exw-Mandi and INR 47,900/t ($585/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
