Auto parts scrap auctions in western India receive moderate response

In the first week of Nov’22, major auto component manufacturers in western India held multiple auctions of HR-CR punching and CR busheling scrap.

• On 1 Nov, Pune, Maharashtra-based manufacturer conducted auction, at which 600 t of HR-CR punching scrap was booked at INR 41,100/t exw.
• On 2 Nov, Waghodia, Gujarat-based manufacturer sold 150 t of CR busheling scrap at INR 43,500/t exw.
