Indonesia: Ferro chrome imports drop 60% m-o-m in Sep’22

Indonesia’s ferro chrome imports significantly dropped by 60% m-o-m to 61,483 t in Sep’22 compared to 155,398 t in Aug, as per Customs data.
South Africa was the largest exporter at 35,217 t followed by Kazakhstan at 15,024 t and India at 11,177 t.
In addition, Indonesia’s ferro chrome imports fell 17% y-o-y to 1.25 mnt in Jan-Sep’22 compared to the same period last year.
