Induction furnace-route steel wire rods manufacturers consistently from last three-four days observed weak demand and trades in the spot market. Around 1,500 t of deals were concluded by some traders in Raipur at INR 49,200-49,800/t exw and 850 t of deals were concluded by some Durgapur-based suppliers at INR 49,000/t exw. Mills saw that lifting of previous booked material still remains very slow.
