Japan: Aluminium exports rise marginally m-o-m in Sept’22

Japan’s aluminium exports increased slightly 2.4% to 69,815 t in Sep’22 as against 68,191 t in the previous month.
China was the largest importer at 20,288 t, followed by Malaysia at 11,965 t and South Korea at 11,343 t.
Export volumes rose y-o-y marginally by 2.49% as against 68,117 t in Sep’21.
Overall exports in Jan-Sep’22 were at 613,242 t.
