The Ministry of Coal (MoC) has decided to initiate sixth tranche of auctions under commercial mining scheme in an event to be held on 3 Nov’22. Apart from fresh sales of coal blocks, this round will also involve a second attempt of sale for blocks that had received single bid in the technical round of fifth tranche.
