Russia: Coal output falls marginally in Sep’22: Rosstat

Russia’s coal production was recorded at 35.6 mnt in Sep’22, down by 2% y-o-y, as per data from Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat). Out of the total volume, hard coal output was at 28 mnt, while coking coal output was at 8 mnt. In Jan-Sep’22, Russia’s total coal output stood at 313 mnt, down by 2% y-o-y.
