China: Steel inventory at CISA mills rises in mid-October

Steel inventory at CISA mills stood at 17.71 mnt in mid-Oct’22, up by 1.40 mnt or 8.59% m-o-m, as per latest data.

• Inventory rose by 57,400 t or 0.33% compared to the first ten days of Oct’22.
• Compared to the beginning of the year, inventory increased by 6.42 mnt or 56.84%.
• Inventory rose by 4.87 mnt or 37.92% compared to the same period last year.
