China: HRC prices edge down by RMB 20/t ($3/t)

China’s domestic HRC prices edged down by RMB 20/t ($3/t), while CRC prices remained unchanged d-o-d on 19 Oct’22. Current offers-

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,900/t ($540/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,365/t ($604/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, inclusive of 13% VAT.

SHFE HRC futures for Jan’23 delivery settled today at RMB 3,679/t ($509/t), stable d-o-d.
