Sandur Manganese and Iron Ore Limited (SMIORE) scheduled an iron ore auction on 14 Oct’22 from Sandur in Bellary district, Karnataka. According to market sources, only 20,000 t of lumps (Fe58.60-58.80%) were booked out of the total quantity of 25,000 t at the base price of INR 3,790-3,815/t while the entire quantity of fines (Fe58-60%) remained unsold. Prices are inclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET charges.
