Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Ltd (TNPL) has invited bids to procure 240,000 t of 4200 kcal/kg GAR grade, a tender notification showed. The bid closing date is 29 Oct at 1500 India Standard Time (IST). The firm has mentioned that the purchase order will be based on C&F Tuticorin Port.
