A major Billet manufacturer is offering its material at Rs 29,300/MT (Ex works Raipur), almost equal to prices of ingot.
Though, the material contains high sulphur content, lower prices have attracted manufacturers of TMT bars to make Billet purchases.
Whereas, few of the other Billet makers located in Raipur are quoting their material at Rs 400-500/MT (Rs 29,700-800/MT) more than offers being made for ingot.
