SAIL-DSP conducted an auction on 6 Oct’22 for 240 t of silico manganese (Mn 60-15%, 10-20mm). The L1 price was INR 84,982/t (including GST, freight and GEM portal charges). SteelMint learnt from sources that the price would be around INR 71,459/t exw after normalisation. According to our assessment on 6 Oct, silico manganese (60-14) prices were at around INR 71,900/t exw-Durgapur.
