Induction furnace-route steel wire rods trades remained subdued consecutively on the second day in major supplying centres. Around 900 t trades were reported by suppliers based in Durgapur at INR 51,700-51,800/t exw and approximately 1,000 t deals were concluded by some resellers and manufacturers at INR 51,900-52,500/t exw Raipur. Prices vary depending upon the quantity and payment terms.
