India: Jharkhand mills conclude 6,700 t of billet and sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills concluded 2,600 t of billet deals in a price range of INR 48,200-48,500/t exw-Ramgarh.
2,800 t of P-DRI and 1,300 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 31,800-32,200/t and INR 34,700-35,000/t exw-Ramgarh, respectively.
Semis movement remained active owing to healthy transactions for northern India. Sellers raised offers following the price hike in Mandi Gobindgarh.
