- Indonesia’s ferro chrome imports inched down by 1% m-o-m to 155,398 t in Aug’22 compared to 157,452 t in Jul, as per customs data.
- South Africa was the largest exporter at 122,373 t followed by Kazakhstan at 30,012 t and India at 2,474 t.
- However, Indonesia’s ferro chrome imports surged 21% y-o-y at 1.19 mnt in Jan-Aug’22 compared to the same period last year.
