Brazil: Iron ore exports increase by 8%, m-o-m, in Sep’22

Brazil’s iron ore exports rose by 8% m-o-m in Sep’22 to 36.29 mnt compared to 33.46 mnt in Aug’22, according to Brazil customs data.
On a y-o-y basis, exports increased as against 33.4 mnt in Sep’21.
The average price of iron ore exported from Brazil stood at $76.2/t on FOB basis in Sep’22.
