Aluminium imported scrap prices into India decreased by up to 7% w-o-w amid bearish global sentiments. Sellers of Middle East-origin were holding back offers until prices rise. On the other hand, US- and UK-origin prices did not fall much and were less impacted by the LME trend. LME futures and spot prices went down by up to $115/t w-o-w, SteelMint noted.
