- Amreli Steels Limited, Pakistan’s one of the leading steel producers, has decided to extend the shutdown of all its plants until 1 Oct’22, as per the latest company release. The initial shutdown was proposed up to 19 Sept’22.
- The company suspended production operations owing to sluggish demand for finished steel products due to heavy rainfall and flood situations across the nation.
