India: Jharkhand mills conclude over 3,500 t billets, sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills sold 1,500 t of billets in a price range of INR 47,200-47,400/t exw-Ramgarh.
1,200 t of P-DRI and 900 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 31,300-31,500/t and INR 34,000-34,300/t exw-Ramgarh respectively.
Offers from mid sized steel mills have been continuously falling, making buyers cautious about procurement.
