China’s longest heavy-haul rail line surpasses 100 mnt of coal shipments since its opening

Haoji Railway, China’s longest heavy-haul coal railway, has surpassed shipments of 100 mnt on 19 Sept’22 since its opening on 28 Sept’19. It is to be noted that the railway has delivered 38.6 mnt of cargoes this year till 18 Sep. Haoji provides a linkage between energy hubs of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia with consuming provinces of Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi.
