HR strip (patra) prices fell by INR 700/t ($9/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh and by INR 500/t ($6/t) in Raipur on 20 Sept’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 50,700/t ($636/t) exw-Mandi and INR 50,800/t ($637/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
