BALCO invites bid for tender cum e-auction for sale of MS/CI/Ferrous Scrap & Coke dust in Korba, Chhattisgarh.
Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), one of the leading Aluminium producer in the state of Chhattisgarh, invites bid for sale of Coke Dust & Scrap (including various workshop machinery, vehicles, cranes & other items) through different lots from its plant located in Korba, Chhattisgarh.
Sale of all the materials are strictly on ‘As is Where is’ & ‘No Complaint’ basis.
General Conditions
- Goods will be sold at reserve price fixed by the seller. The seller is not bound to accept the highest offer and reserves the right to reject any conditional offers
- All taxes such as excise, sales tax, TCS or any other taxes will be charged extra at the time of delivery. Offered rate shall be exclusive rate of all taxes
- Buyers shall not be allowed to resell any lot or part of goods
- Loading, unloading & handling charge will be borne by buyer only at their own cost & risk. Non availability of the same will not be considered as a ground for ‘Late Lifting’ of the materials
- Customers for which CST is applicable will have to submit C-form at the time of lifting of material, otherwise full sales tax will be charged. Differential amount of taxes will be withheld from party’s account and will be released after submitting of C-form along with annexure
- The purchaser must lift the entire quantity within the prescribed time
Quantity
- Total Scrap: 2,350 MT
- Total Coke Dust: 1,500 MT

- Inspection date: Between 10.00-15.30 hrs IST on 07-15 Jan, 2015
- Caution Money Deposit submission due date: 14 Jan, 2015
- Tender (Bid) submission due date: 17.00 hrs IST on 15 Jan 2015
- Online auction date: Onward 10.30 hrs IST on 16 Jan 2015
