India: Balco, Hindalco cut aluminium ingot prices by upto INR 3,250/t

Balco and Hindalco have cut aluminium ingot (P1020 grade 99.7%) prices by upto INR 3,250/t ($41/t) on 20 Sep’22 as against prices on 16 Sep’22.
After revision, Balco’s effective prices stand at INR 209,250/t ($2,626/t) while Hindalco’s prices are at INR 204,750/t ($2,569/t).
The decrease in spot prices and futures by up to $27/t d-o-d was the reason behind the price cut.
