India: Silico manganese exports drop 16% m-o-m in Jul’22

India’s silico manganese exports stood at 98,653 tonnes in Jul’22, down 16% m-o-m as against to 117,198 t in Jun’22. The leading importers were Turkiye (12,724 t), United Arab Emirates (12,186 t), Japan (10,039 t), Italy (8,061 t) and Egypt (7,579 t). Meanwhile, In Jan-Jul’22, silico manganese exports dropped by 10% y-o-y compared to the same period last year, mainly due to limited transactions owing to bid-offer disparity.
