Norway: Manganese ore imports drop by 12% m-o-m in Aug’22

Norway’s manganese ore imports fell by 12% m-o-m to 130,861 t in Aug’22 against 149,347 t in Jul’22, according to Customs data.
South Africa was the largest exporter at 75,769 t followed by Gabon at 55,068 t.
Total imports in Jan-Aug’22 were recorded at 876,459 t, up 26% compared to the corresponding period last year.
