Ukraine: Met coke production falls more than 50% in Jan-Jul’22

Ukraine’s production of met coke amounted to 2.3 mnt in Jan-Jul’22, down by more than 50% y-o-y. The fall in output was because the country’s largest plant, Avdiivka Coke Plant, continues to remain shut. As per sources, in 2021, Ukraine’s coke production was recorded at 9.54 mnt.
