India’s largest public sector trading company, MMTC invites bid from foreign suppliers for supply of 0.5 MnT imported Coal.
MMTC floats a tender on behalf of its client, Aravali Power Company Private Limited (APCPL) and Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project (IGSTPP) will be end user of this required coal.
Bidders scope of work will be arranging vessels, stevedoring, handling, storage, port clearances, arranging railway rakes, loading, transportation & delivery.
Technical Bid Criteria
- Bidders should have an experience of export/import and handing works like dry bulk supply (solid) of commodities such as coal, Iron ore, fertilizers, chemicals, cement or others of origin, other than India. Bidder must’ve supplied a minimum 0.23 MnT in any continuous 12 months under one or multiple orders during last 3 fiscal years, reckoned from technical bid opening date of this tender.
- Bidders should have average annual turnover of not less than INR 2.2 billion in past 3 fiscal years from technical bid opening date of this tender
Interested bidders can submit their bids (Technical & Price) before 14.30 hrs IST on 29 Jan, 2015. Whereas, technical bid will be open on the same day at 15.00 hrs IST.
