Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL), a subsidiary of Sesa Sterlite Limited has invited bid from reputed suppliers for supply of 0.25 MnT Non-coking coal on FoR basis at TSPL Plant.
The scope of work will include non-coking coal supply on FoR (Free on Rail) basis i.e. Arranging, loading into railway rakes, clearances, handling & storage. Unloading of the material from railway wagons will be arranged by TSPL.

- GCV (ARB): 3,300-5,700 KCal/kg
- Fixed Carbon: 22-42%
- Total Moisture: Less than 24%
- Ash: Less than 34%
- Volatile matter (ARB): Less than 35%
General Condition
- Bidder (supplier) should be a regular bulk dealer of Non-coking steam coal and supplied a minimum 0.1 MnT, during preceding 3 financial years.
- Bidder must’ve handled Cargo movement through Indian railways for minimum 0 .1 MnT.
- Average annual turnover of the bidder in last 3 preceding years must not be less than INR 0.75 billion.
