State PSU miner OMC has scheduled an iron ore auction on 19 Sep’22. Around 0.795 mnt of lump ore and 1.114 mnt of fines will go under the hammer. The base price of the auction is yet to be disclosed. In the previous auction, the merchant miner received a tepid response, as out of 2.386 mnt on offer, 0.916 mnt (38%) received bids.
