Heavy structural steel prices remained stable d-o-d in Raipur. Current offers for 150mm channels stand at INR 55,000/t exw. Suppliers kept offers stable on the back of slight improvement in steel billet prices. Trade activity, however, remained limited and discounts hovered at INR 1,500-2,000/t. In Durgapur (eastern region) market, prices of the same size structural steel stood at INR 54,100-54,600/t yesterday.
