India: South African RB3 coal sold at INR 13,700/t at Vizag Port

In a confirmed deal, 3,000 t of South African RB3 (4800 kcal/kg NAR) grade coal was sold at INR 13,700/t at Vizag, while another deal of 2,000 t was sold at INR 13,800/t at Mangalore Port for the next month delivery. Sponge iron manufacturers continue to procure small parcel trades of South African coal for blending purpose with alternate-origin coal.
