India: Balco, Hindalco cut aluminium ingot prices by up to INR 14,000/t

Bharat Aluminium Company (Balco) and Hindustan Aluminium Corporation Limited (Hindalco) have reduced primary aluminium ingot (P1020 grade 99.7%) prices by up to INR 14,000/t ($175/t) following a sharp price correction on the LME by $60-65/t d-o-d.
Balco’s effective price stands at INR 215,000/t ($2,694/t), while Hindalco’s price is at INR 210,250/t ($2,634/t).
