Steel major JSW Steel Ltd scheduled an auction for 150,100 t of iron ore lumps (5-18 mm, Fe 61-62%) today from its Narayanposhi mines in Odisha. Out of the total quantity, 39,500 t of the material was booked at the base price of INR 5,700/wet metric tonne (WMT) ex-mines, including royalty, DMF and NMET, market sources reported to SteelMint.
