Australian premium hard coking coal prices remained stable at $274/t FOB as on 31 Aug’22. Coking coal prices began to rise in the second week of August as steel demand improved. However, rains in Australia, supply disruption due to the La Nina effect, and delayed demand in the steel market kept Australian coking coal prices steady.
