Ultratech Cement, a leading cement company in India, has completed its expansion of 1.3 mntpa at Dalla cement works in Uttar Pradesh. The production capacity of the plant has increased to 1.8 mntpa. The total manufacturing capacity of the company will be 115.85 mntpa for India. Cement demand in the country is expected to rise on resumption of construction activities with the offset of the monsoon season.
