Amid India’s rising demand for Russian coal imports, a capsize vessel of Russian 6000 NAR grade coal has been booked at $187/t CFR India basis. The vessel will arrive at Paradip Port in September. Russian imported coal prices are relatively cheaper than mid-CV South African and Australian coal and are hovering at around $230/t.
