HR strip (patra) prices fell by INR 800/t ($10/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and by INR 400/t ($5/t) in Raipur on 22 Aug’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 53,200/t ($666/t) exw-Mandi and INR 52,100/t ($652/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
